Quotations
Quotes are given per square foot with the profile, glass and hardware specified opening by opening. An indicative rate given over the phone or WhatsApp is exactly that — indicative — and is superseded by the written quote that follows a site measurement.
Written quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Material price movements after that period may change the figure, and we will tell you before proceeding rather than after.
Site Measurement
Site visits and measurement within Perambalur, Trichy, Cuddalore and Kallakurichi districts are free and carry no obligation to order.
Fabrication starts from measurements we have taken and you have approved. If openings are altered after approval — by plastering, flooring, granite work or any other trade — re-fabrication of affected units is chargeable.
Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed against your written approval of the quote and drawing, with an advance as stated on the quote. The balance falls due as set out there.
Because every frame is cut to your opening, confirmed orders cannot be cancelled once fabrication has begun, and custom units are not returnable.
Fabrication and Delivery
Typical lead time is 10 to 15 working days from approved measurement to fitted window, depending on order size and the glass selected. Folding doors and shaped units can take longer.
Dates are given in good faith and held wherever we can. Delays caused by glass supply, site readiness or changes you request are outside that commitment, and we will tell you as soon as we know.
Site Readiness and Fitting
Openings must be structurally complete and accessible on the agreed fitting date. Where a site is not ready, a return visit is chargeable.
Our fitting covers installation, sealing and adjustment of the units we supply. Making good to plaster, paint, granite or flooring around the opening is not included unless the quote says so.
Warranty
The uPVC profile carries the manufacturer warranty against warping and discolouration. We separately warrant our own fabrication and fitting workmanship for the period stated on your quote.
Hardware — hinges, stays, rollers, lock sets — carries its own manufacturer warranty. Glass breakage after handover, damage from impact or forced operation, and failure caused by third-party alteration are not covered.
Warranty service is carried out by our own fitters. Keep your quote reference; we hold your opening schedule on file.
Care and Maintenance
uPVC needs no painting or polishing. Wipe frames with soapy water twice a year, keep sliding tracks clear of grit, and do not use solvent or abrasive cleaners on the profile or gaskets.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Perambalur, Tamil Nadu.
