uPVC Sliding Doors Explained
A sliding door runs on stainless tracks set into the frame, so the leaf never swings into the room or out over a balcony. Where floor space is tight or furniture sits close to the opening, that is the whole argument — and it is why sliders outsell every other door type we make.
We build 2-track, 3-track and, on wide halls, 4-track systems, with tandem rollers sized to the glass weight. A 2-track opens half the span; a 3-track stacks two leaves for a wider clear opening or carries a mosquito mesh on the third rail.
Because a sliding door is mostly glass, it is also the cheapest way to bring a garden or terrace view into a living room. Toughened glass is standard on any door-height pane, and interlocks carry brush seals to cut draughts and dust.

What customers ask us on site about this door type, answered without sales talk.
Call +91 70947 02370Are uPVC sliding doors secure?
With a hook lock and cylinder, yes — the hook engages the frame so the leaf cannot be lifted off the track, which is the usual weakness in cheap sliders. Toughened glass is standard at door height.
How wide can a uPVC sliding door be?
We build 2-track systems to about 2.4m and 3 or 4 track systems to around 4m, coupling frames beyond that. Individual leaf size is limited by glass weight rather than the profile.
Can I add mosquito mesh to a sliding door?
Yes, on a 3-track or 4-track system the mesh runs on its own rail, so you can leave the mesh closed and slide the glass leaves behind it.
Do sliding doors leak in heavy rain?
The bottom track drains outward and the interlocks carry brush seals. On very exposed terraces we raise the threshold and add a second drainage line.
